Inspirational Monday! One for the Boys-use brads or eyelets!

Good morning folks! It's time for Inspirational Mondays at Lalaland Crafts! The theme this week is to make a creation for a male incorporating brads or eyelets! I used Fisherman Luka in my card and am so excited that he is being showcased this week at the Summer CHA in Chicago!! Woohoo! Hope u like! Off to the Water slides now-we are definitely going through a heat wave in our neck of the woods! I love it-but feel awful for the people who aren't fortunate enough to have air-conditioning or the option of going to the beach or other outlets of relief! Yiiikes! Have a great day! :)

Make an Ornament!

Hey all! OMG-I just went on my blog and I posted this for July 18th instead of the 17th-no wonder I couldn't see this post-jumping ahead of myself here! This creation for Totally Tilda's challenge was supposed to be posted this morning!! Oy vay! So this is the challenge-make an ornament using a Tilda image of course! I used an old CD -passed a ribbon through it, glued a doily behind the shiny side ( it looks really shiny and glittery when it turns and catches the light) and then some DP on the front. Add Tilda and some WOC flowers and voilĂ ! I'm pleased with the result! Hope u like! xox Trish :)

Inspirational Monday-Sketch!

Hey all! So sorry I haven't been posting cards lately-it's just been so gorgeous here and I've been away for a few days camping with my kids and soaking in the sun-just haven't had time to craft!
Well, it's time for another Inspirational Monday over at Lalaland Crafts and this week we had to follow a sketch. I used Football Luka for this card as I'm still trying to rebuild my boy card repertoire.
I used Copics and Prisma Color pencils to color him. Check out the site to see the DT's other great creations! The sentiment stickers are just from a local dollar store. Hope ulike! Now off to the pool for my kids swimming lessons! Have a great day! xox, Trish
