Mistletoe Gillian!

(The sentiment above was created by my generous fellow DT member over at DCD's Christmas Challenge! thanks Lynne! :))

Pucker up y'all! Isn't this image of Gillian the sweetest? She's available at Prairie Fairy Designs and is the theme for this week's challenge over at DCD's Christmas Challenge! I'm going to go hunt for some challenges-there seems to be a lot of Christmas in July contests. I hope you like-I didn't use any flowers or real/faux stitching. I just outlined it with a super fine sharpie pen! Aren't those the best? Can't live without mine! Enjoy your week-end!! xox T-Bear!:)

3-D Project for baby Hailey!

Hi gang! This week's theme at Fairy Fun Fridays is a 3-D project. Please bear with a lot of piccies!! I used the Baby Emily image from Prairie Fairy, of course, for this memory box. I made this for my friend and long-time neighbor when I was growing up, who had a baby girl in June. Inside, I added little ziploc bags for a first curl, first tooth and first earrings! te he! Did u notice the earrings on the baby?I should have put another bag for a suce (pacifier), but I didn't have any that big. Let me know what u think! Have a great week-end! xox Trisha

A few months back, I made a Hula Lily card, but Pink Cat Studio has a line of hula digi dancers that I think are sooo cute. So, I'm entering Kaboodle Doodles challenge (Luau theme), Pile it on (Use banners) and Pollycraft(Birthday). I hope u like-Tomorrow-I'm going to post another cutie-stay tuned!!

Arrgh matey! Pirate Edwin!

Hiya! I decided to use this cute fellow last night, seeing as my internet was down as well as our satellite for the TV because of the rainstorm. I needed a B-day card for my son's friend this week-end. So I used this cute Magnolia image of Pirate Edwin image that one of my friend's gave me. The sentiments are from Pink Cat Studio and worked well with this card. I tried to make seaweed with my Martha Stewart punch and added pearls, rubies and some gold to it. I only wish I had a cocktail sword to go between the ribbon-that would have made him cuter!! I'm entering Magnolia Down Under's challenge this week (One for the Boys) and. I hope you like. have a great day!:)

3-D Strawberry Shortcake card!

Hey gang! For the past few days, I've been feeling like "Where's my Mojo?" My cards all seem blahhh, and the same to me-maybe I'm adding too much to them or fussing too much, so this card is kind of a fresh change-no flowers involved. This cute image is a free coloring page on the web. I loved S.S. as a child and she mad a huge comback when my daughter was born in 2002. I painted flowers and made curtains to match a Strawberry/gerber daisy theme in her room. But alas, she's moved on to Bratz, Liv Dolls and her beloved DS! But Mommy still has a bond with Strawberry Shortcake and always will! LOL.I took one of her charms off an old bracelet that she never touches. Of course, I will give it back if she asks...maybe!! I'm entering Lexi's Creations Challenge (3-D) The leaf, watering can, and strawberry on hat are all raised;DU2DS (Outdoor theme), Pollycraft challenge (Sketch), Cute Card Thursday (Let's do fruity!) and Creative Cottage (Summer Surprise)! I hope you enjoy her. Send me some inspiring wishes, please and thanks!xoxo Trish
