A New DT and Lalaland Blog Hop!

 Hey gang- I have some terrific news and I've been dying to let you all know about it for weeks!! Remember that wall hanging I made for my daughter Kennedy a few weeks back? Well, I entered the challenge contest and I guess I made an impression, because owner, Irina Blount contacted me and asked if I wanted to become a DT member! I was ecstatic-so of course I said "yes"!!


La-La Land Crafts is gearing up for summer with new Design Team Members (me included!) and some fun new stamps! We're hopping around today so you can see some amazing creations by the new team featuring these fabulous new stamps, and we hope you'll join along.

Today I'm using the adorable Flowerpot Marci paired up with some fun papers all from October Aternoon's Fly a Kite Collection!


 Here's how I colored Marci:
Hair: Y32, E99, E35
Shirt/shoes: B00, B01, B05
Capris: R20, R27, R29
Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20, BV000
Flowerpot/shovel: E35, E25, E99, C1, C3, C5

I used my Spellbinders scallop and circle die with my Cuttlebug and the floral/lace border is a punch from Martha Stewart Crafts.The little tag is handmade and punched with the doily border punch, also from MS crafts. The sentiment stamp is very old from Hero Arts! My flowers are all Prima from Michael's and the pearl brads are from Eyelet Outlet! Hope you all like!
