Tilda in blue!

Hi all! I haven't had a lot of time to create this past week-end, my dear Aunt Grace passed away early Monday morning, after battling her second bout of cancer. Rest in peace Auntie! Well, I borrowed my Mémère's sewing machine yesterday to make my first stitched card, and I don't know what what worse-my jamming machine or trying to figure hers out!!! So, I'm not very ecstatic about this card, but I love my Tilda image. Hers colors remind me of Little house on the Prairie! Plus, I'm entering a whole bunch of challenges with this card! Am I nuts or what?I really don't think this card is my best work, but what the heck? Here they are:Die Cut Dreams (lace), Creative Inspirations (punches, dies), Pollycraft (Summer blooms), Crafty Catz (Petals and Pearls), Just Magnolia (One for the girls), Friday Sketchers (Sketch #102) and Cupcake Craft challenge #91(Blooming Charming), Cute Card Thursday (Someone Special) and Stamp Something,(celebrate) and Sophisticat challenge (Blue and Brown). Have a great day y'all! Hugs XXX Trisha

  12. I like all of your cards Trishy. You know that I'm not fond of stitching or lace, but it looks really pretty on the card. Like Kennedy says: Where's her mouth mommy???? I can't wait to see your newest creation. I think it would be so nice to make a mermaid card for Serena' b-day. What do you think?

  18. Are you kidding me? Not your best work. Hey I thought I lost my MOJO, then did a card with my MOJO back and it didnt' look half as good as this!!! You & your 'little house on the prairie' 'strawberry shortcake' comparisons. I lOvE IT! Can't wait to see what you compare the next one to!

Fantastic card, if I forgot to mention that!

PS- I tried looking for Doilies at Wal Mart yesterday with very little success from the 'not so helpful' staff!!! LOL
